We always provide you and your fur baby with our best!

If your fur baby is matted...

• He/she may HAVE to be shaved.

• We MAY or MAY NOT be able to save hair in places and will always communicate this.

• We WILL NOT put your fur baby through pain to demat them.

• Your fur baby can act strange after being shaved (if not used to it).

• Your fur baby may have sensitive skin issues in results to the matting; we will always communicate this.

​​​If your fur baby is a senior...

• He/she may need breaks, and this can make their stay with us longer.

• We WILL NOT force your fur baby to do anything if they are getting stressed/upset.

• We will all (your fur baby included) do the best we can and hope there is no senior pup beauty pageant!

If your fur baby is a puppy...

• we recommend starting visits to the spa at 8-10 weeks old (with puppy shots).

• we always start with the pampered puppy trim package (introductory package as long as your fur baby isn't matted).

• we will not force your puppy to do big dog things they aren't used to; it is our job to teach them the process so they're comfortable and happy.

​Grooming your kitty cat...

• We DO NOT sedate our cats.

• We prefer not to shave most cats, if possible, but we understand sometimes they have to be shaved for different reasons, some of which we may have different solutions.

• If your kitty is a senior, we WILL NOT force your senior cat to do anything stressful or traumatizing.

• we will always give the best grooming advice/suggestions for each cat customer we have.
